Once booked we were told the use of spa was €50 for 2 people We had dinner in bar on lower ground floor which was extremely tired looking The food was of poor quality.. 1 stew was completely dried out Requested chicken wings in bbq sauce and got spicy Have to say bar staff were very friendly and accommodating... Breakfast staff efficient

Great hotel friendly staff clean rooms verry welcoming to me and my eidery mother didn't book a accessible room but they had 1 ready for the for me as she's in a wheelchair I did phone to let them know this but weren't expecting it. Food was fabulous greet selection at breakfast and dinner. Couldn't recommend enough

The hotel is very convenient to the train station. Unfortunately, the hotel itself look very shabby, and in need of a good cleaning. I felt I was breathing in dust, especially in the seating area downstairs. I didn’t eat in the hotel.I don,t like being negative, because it’s such good value, but a power hose,and a lick of paint could make a huge difference.

I can't recommend this hotel enough . It might be a bit dated but everything was A1 from the staff to the cleanliness to the value for money . As for the food...we did t want to dine anywhere else. The food was amazing and plentiful . The leisure centre had a lovely heated pool l, kids pool separately and a massive jacuzzi could seat 12. Free parking free WiFi, and nightly music in Timbertoes bar. Will definitely return. Make ur own mind up and don't believe any negative reviews. Centre location also.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The food is amazing and there is an excellent menu which caters for all.

Hotel was lovely only down side was i rang when i booked the room for a room to be as close as possible to entrance for my dad as hes not great walking . That was no problem when i rang but when we got there it was a different story he was on the second floor last room at the end of the hall made it difficult for him

This hotel was lovely for a two night stay in Waterford city with the room being extremely spacious and catering to all of our needs. The staff were friendly and the pool facilities were very nice. Breakfast was also well organised with a variety of options. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit dated and could definitely do with some renovations in the future. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

No butter available for guests on Friday the 30th may scrambled eggs awfully dish full of liquid rashers were very dark in colour.room was lovely beautiful view bay fab. Courtesy bus not available only at weekend very disappointed it was my birthday celebration
